Born in Haifa, where I grew up and learned about good-neighborly relations. I grew up on Kedima Street, which leads to Kababir, where the peace-loving Ahmadis live.
From childhood, I believed in coexistence and was active in Beit HaGefen.
I have been a member of Peace Now since its establishment, active in Women Wage Peace, and a graduate of the School for Peace.
I believe that coexistence is possible, and what can promote this is personal acquaintance, understanding of culture and narratives, recognition of the other's suffering, change of mindset, change of language and discourse, conciliatory communication, feminist spirit, creativity, and thinking outside the box.
I believe in taking responsibility and not acting out of guilt and/or by erasing the past and relating to history without considering the human psyche as well as collective post-traumas and their impact on decision-makers and history writers.
