Holds a master's degree in Hebrew Language and Literature from the University of Haifa.
Poet and writer, has published six poetry books, won the Liz Miller Prize from the University of Haifa, and a prize from the Writers' Union in the Arab world. Former chairman of the Arab Writers Union in Israel. Writes theater plays, several of which have been performed on stage throughout the country.
Partner in the teams of the All Its Citizens party out of belief in its principles. Former central committee member of the Balad party, from which he resigned 5 years ago due to a change in political perspective.
