"All Citizens" Party: No more war, occupation or siege in Gaza!

The "All Its Citizens" party strongly condemns the Israeli cabinet's decision to take control of all areas of the Gaza Strip and penetrate Gaza City and the surrounding refugee camps, while ignoring the recommendations and warnings of the army, thereby once again endangering the lives of the hostages, soldiers, and civilians in Gaza, and exposing two million civilians in Gaza to displacement, sieges, bombings, and renewed destruction.

The party also denounces the Prime Minister's intention, as reflected in his repeated statements, to work to "invent" a new leadership for the residents of Gaza, which will bypass their legitimate leadership - the Palestinian Authority - which is recognized by all countries of the world and was elected by the Palestinian people.

The continuation of this war, devoid of security goals, incapable of bringing solutions or returning the kidnapped, reaffirms that its sole purpose is to prolong the government's life and the Prime Minister's continued evasion of being brought to justice and of holding an official commission of inquiry to examine his failures and actions, which are still causing additional casualties on both sides - without logic and without a horizon - challenging the will of the people who are demonstrating day and night, and challenging the international community, the UN, and the entire world.

We call on the government to act sensibly, to return to the negotiating table on the path to a peace agreement that will end the war, return the kidnapped, and pave the way for negotiations for comprehensive peace and historic reconciliation with the Palestinian people, which will bring an end to wars, occupation, injustice, and bloodshed.
