All Citizens Party strongly condemns deadly attack in Sydney

The "All Citizens" party strongly condemns the deadly attack on the Hanukkah celebration in Sydney, which claimed the lives of 12 people and injured dozens. This is a terrorist attack against innocent citizens, which cannot be accepted or justified in any way.

At the same time, it must be recognized that global outrage over Israeli policies in Palestine – from demolitions and isolation to clashes in the West Bank and Gaza – is a sign of the urgent need for justice and peace. But any expression of outrage must remain far removed from violence against innocent people.

We express full solidarity with the victims and their families, and call on the international community to protect civilians and act to end the cycle of hatred and violence.

And the Israeli government must contribute to this by acting towards historic reconciliation with the Palestinian people, in order to put an end to these bloody series.
