The All Citizens Party welcomes the efforts to release the hostages and end the war

The All Citizens Party welcomes the developments of the last two days regarding Hamas' acceptance of President Trump's proposal and the Israeli government's halting of the bombings in Gaza, in the hope that negotiations will continue for the return of all the abductees at once, the cessation of the war, and the IDF withdrawal from Gaza.

We all hope that the bloodshed will stop, that the kidnapped will be returned to their families, and that the bodies of the victims held by Hamas will be returned.

At the same time, the party warns of possible political maneuvers that could derail the process, which are already visible on the horizon, and calls on the Prime Minister not to give in to the threats and pressures of the messianic right, but to continue the negotiation process honestly and decisively, and to implement the Trump plan that was approved by Hamas, the Israeli side, and the Arab states.

This is the last opportunity to break out of the cycle of war and bloodshed and return all the kidnapped to their homes and families.

We call on the Israeli public to support this peace process to end the war, and not to allow it to be thwarted.
